La Catrina is a must on your trip to El Nido. The staff was so good, the atmosphere was great and the Food was somehow even better. Even with a power outage right before ordering they still took our orders and managed to get our food out quickly and efficiently. The Birria Ramen was absolutely killer. A genius combo of different cultures. 10/10 easily recommend to everyone.

We had a great meal at La Catrina Restaurant in El Nido — the food itself was absolutely spot on. Everything came out delicious and really well prepared, so no complaints there at all. The only thing that held it back slightly was the wait to actually place our order. The waitress who welcomed us in seemed a bit more interested in doing shots with the table next to us than taking our order — nothing major, and I’m being hyper-critical, but it did slow things down. It’s worth mentioning that this is definitely a party-style place with loud music and a lively crowd, so I wouldn’t go here expecting a quiet or romantic dinner. But if you’re in the mood for good food and a fun atmosphere, it’s a solid choice. Overall, very good — just not quite a 5-star from me.

Wonderful restaurant, staff is very warm and welcoming. However we came for the food. They didn’t disappoint. Loved the food and the atmosphere. It’s a gem of restaurant. Two weeks old , I’m glad we found this place online. Definitely worth a visit. Really reasonable prices.

The best Mexican food in El Nido ! I recommend trying the Birria Tacos, the flavour just melts in your mouth and to wash it down a frozen margarita! The staff are very attentive and friendly. Definitely a spot to check out when you go to town

15/10 pork tacos!!! So good, best ive had and i love my tacos! I also loved their spicy margaritas. Service is quick and personable. The owners are around and interacting with guests! The music is on point and definitely gives the perfect vibe! Plus free shots!!
